 .OST file and HTML email
.OST files, HTML, HTML email, Outlook 2003, Outlook Web Access, OWA
I know what a. OST file is, however I am being asked to make and "HTML email in .OST format" and that I don't know. Is there a special way of writting the code in that case? How would this be different from an HTML email that's made specifically for Outlook users?

As far as I know there wouldn't be any difference. An HTML email is an HTML email.
