		<description><![CDATA[I agree that it seems highly questionable about retoring a V5R1 system (&quot;entire system backup&quot;) to a V5R4 system. That has the potential of being the fundamental source of the problem. It&#039;s like restoring a complete Windows 2000 C: drive backup to a PC that had Windows Vista installed -- unpredictable results.

Even managing to restore &quot;license programs&quot; alone is a highly questionable feat. Most likely none of them should even have been attempted.
