Organizational Forms Library missing
A user needed me to add three new custom forms to the Organizational Forms library. I try publishing them via Outlook, and I can select the folder, and see a couple older forms in the Organizational Forms Library. I don't have permissions to publish the forms. I'm the new Exchange administrator, so i go to the server, show system folders, and check the EFORMS REGISTRY folder, where there SHOULD be an Organizational Forms folder - but it's not there. I checked every mail server, but no server has this subfolder. I can't even right click and select NEW to create a new one. I can't figure out where this folder is. It must exist, because i see a form called NewHireNotification that someone has already put in there. I wonder if it's just not visible, therefore I can't adjust permissions or publish to it? After researching this problem for two days, i'm still stuck.

Answer Wiki:
Try using the public folder tool instead. Go and download PFDAVADmin at least v 2.8. Install in on your local pc, not the exchange server. You will be able to view all system folders using that tool.
