Shared Variable
I have a calculation that utilise a shared variable from another calaculation (both in the same data row).

When I run my report Crystal seems be to be using the shared variable from the previous row.

Is this just the way shared varaibles work or is there a method of getting crystal to perform calculations in a certain order?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You problem is the order of execution of the variables.
You can change the order
- by adding formula-fields with the formulas, putting them first or later or even in an extra section (suppress them – if they do not match your layout); then link your layout-ordered-formula to the logical-executiontime-ordered-formulas
- start your formula with the evaluatie-after XXX statement
