Oracle:Concat multiple rows using XML

Hi There I am using the following to concatenate multiple rows in an Oracle 9 table: SELECT column1 , RTRIM ( xmlagg (xmlelement (column2 || ' ') order by column1, column3).extract ('//text()') , ' ' ) AS concatenated FROM mytable where (column4 = 'XXXXXXX') and (column5 = 'XXXXXXX') and (column6 = 'XXXXXXX') group by column1 In my table I have entries with apostrophes ('). How can I get rid of the "apos" issue in my result set Thanks Regards
