Check with your DBA and ask him to make/give you a MetaLink Oracle account.
Although DBA’s are usually prone to that request ( since by doing that they will be unable to pose as “Jack of all trades ( master of none ) )”
It is an online knowledge base (Oracle experts will give you an answer in no time or send you a link to a TAR - already answered question).
