 Oracle ODBC Windows Server 2003 scheduling issue

I have a win 2k3 server running an MS Access odbc application that automatically links to an oracle database using the Oracle Instant client. The problem is that it runs fine when run from the Servers console as a local machine user, but fails when run from the windows at.exe scheduler. It seems like the tables fail to link when run from the scheduler. I do have a win 2k3 server that works flawlessly under the same scenario and with the same software/drivers installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

win 2k3, Oracle InstantClient, MsAccess, at.exe scheduler
