Oracle froms n Reports installation error

Hi All,I am trying to install oracle 10g form & Report on HP unix 11.11
I am getting following error.

Do i need to install those patches... is it essential..
Or its problem with Java installation..
I have installed java and pointed .ini file to jre location of my installation.
