Is there a way to use a Oracle Form to Upload a file to a specific folder and store the filename in the database? I know how to do this through HTML/ASP/VBS, but my company wants it through Oracle Forms.

Also, how would I make a hidden field appear when a LOV Item is selected and when it appears have its value based on a query of that returned item?

I would create a stored procedure based on UTL_FILE and use the procedure as the base for the form.
