Sometimes many programmers prefer using button with icons because they make the interface easy for users easy to understand and be able to use the software with little or no guidance at all times. These icons used usually try to resemble the normal icons from microsoft and the purpose to they serve. Therefore icons on these buttons DOES NOT change the actual METHOD for that particular OBJECT. And when you use these icons You can still be able to write, for instance save.
