Oracle EE Named User Plus Licensing
I want to license 50 users (NUP) on 2 new Oracle systems (on separate servers). Because of Named User Plus minimums on each server I require: 100 NUP licenses (for server/system 1 & 50 NUP licences for system/server 2) - Total 150 NUP licenses. My question is, how should this model take into account the fact that it's the same 50 users that are accessing both systems/servers (or is this ignored because the NUP minimums have to be adhered to)? Is it 150 licences or 100 licenses (150 - 50: to account for the overlap).
