Oracle 9i Reports Developer
I'm trying to open the Reports Builder 9i on my Windows XP Prof. SP1. The problem is that I can see the Reports Builder Start Screen and thats all. It always hangs at that point. I can open Oracle Forms Builder and everything else in the Developer Suite.

i have had this before. if your problem is the same, it loads but in a minimised state. I press the windows key and 'd' to minimise all windows, and then press the same to bring them back up again. the reports builder screen then appears. no idea why it would appear minimised, but hopefully this will solve your problem
