oracle 10g release2 forms builder problem for windows

when oracle form builder is running internet explorer closes itself automaticly. we tried it with mozilla firefox but we came across similar problems. Can you helps us?

Could you please provide more information ?
The browser closes itself when Forms Builder runs, or when you run a form from Forms Builder ? If the latter, does that happen with any form ?
What operating system and version of internet explorer are you using ?

    open form builder,go to edit option in ur menu bar and click on preferences. set manually ur browser and save the settings.if the same problem continues then delete ur compiled file and recompile the form.

    No, usually when you get this problem with firefox, it is because you need to update the version of firefox you are running. It usually will only run seamlessly with the new version of firefox. I used to run into this quite a bit, and realized that this was the solution. Good luck!

    I faced that problem for some days and finally i found the solution: Open IE, Tools, Manage Add-Ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons, then select "Windows Live Sign In Helper", disable it and it's going to work. Another thing, the best browser to use with Oracle forms is IE7. I hope i helped
