Hi, i'm trying to export my database and my user is DBA role user, and it has all the roles other than GLOBAL_AQ_USER_ROLE. After specifying all the parameters when i submit the job, it displays the following error. if i do the same steps with SYS user it works fine. "ORA-20204 usr does not exist: SALMAN ORA-06512; at SYSMAN.MGMT_USER, line 122 ORA-06512; at "SYSMAN.MGMT_JOBS", line 139 ORA-06512; at "SYSMAN.MGMT_JOBS" line 78 ORA-06512 at line 1." is it a bug in oracle 10g?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Good morning.

It appears as though you’ve run into the issue as noted on MetaLink under “Note:294680.1″. Take a look at that and see if it doesn’t fix the problem.

Good luck!

Jeff

Hi Jeff, many thanks for your reply. actually i'm a student and evaluating the product. I have downloaded and using it as test case. I checked on the metalink website and it looked to me as , Metalink is for Oracle support customers only. Would you please guide me, how to proceed on the solution?

I had the same symptoms until I realised there might be an issue with the user rights. I reran the export using the vanilla SYSTEM user instead of an in-house DBA user and it all worked fine for me.
