 Operator Action Required on Device XX
AS/400, iSeries, Printer, V5R4
I have an HP 4015dtn setup as a *LAN printer on our iSeries. Device Class - *LAN Device Type - 3812 Device Model - 1 MFRTYPMDL - *HP 4 and *HP4000 SYSDRVPGM - HPPJLDRV We continually get the Operator Action Required on Device XX (C R) (xx being the name of our dev printer). We have to answer this message for each printout.

We only get that error if we're having issues with the paper routing or connectivity. Do you simply reply with "R" to print the next report or is any adjustment made? =================================================== I think you need to check your FORMFEED parameter on the device configuration. It should be *AUTOCUT. Peter
