My company launches our applicant tracking system (recruiting web site) from a link within lotus notes.  It launches it in IE 7.  When the applicant tracking system is open, and I try and open a link from one of my emails in Lotus Notes, it opens the link over the window where my applicant tracking system is running.  I'd like links to open into seperate windows (or tabs).  How do I do this?  I'm running Lotus Notes 7.0.3
