I have several AWD files that I need to be able to open on my Mac. Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to open them?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

It depends on what they were created from. Check out this link to see what could have made this AWD file.  It could be a fax document,  BIOS update or an Artweaver Document.  You can also try FreeFileViewer

How did you get this type of files? This is probably a image type files that can be converted to another format like .Tiff/jpg format and this is easy to open the file on Mac OS. Or you can link here for download/install a small tool that can help you: https://macfileviewer.com/

They are old contracts for the company I work for. My boss shared them with me through Dropbox. I tried through Mac File Viewer and it just looked like a jumble of letters and symbols. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

You can try to convert them in another format to view on Mac. Here is a converter (Xnconvert) free & small tool that can help you. Please link here: https://www.xnview.com/en/xnconvert/
