Opening another Email account from OWA
User attempts to open email account from OWA. When she types in name and is shown the Email account name and she then selects that account and selects open, she receives an error message that the account can not be found. If she types in the entire smtp email address for the account and then selects Open, she can acces the account from OWA. When I type in account name in my OWA account, select he displayed account name and select Open, the account opens with no problems. Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas on cause and possible solution?

Answer Wiki:
I honestly haven't seen this one before but I would recommend you open OWA from that computer having the issue and select Options scroll down to E-Mail Security and make sure you update the latest S/MIME Control. I've seen crazy things with outlook web mail... also, you say OWA, makes me think you are on an older version of exchange? FontanaTech

This has to be Exchange 2007 Fontanatech. You could not open other users’ mailboxes in previous exchange versions of OWA. Exchange 2007 has a fully functioning more enhanced OWA than earlier versions..

Sorry guys, yes it is Exchange 2007. We converted from Groupwise to Exchange 2007 last November.

Users are on Terminal Servicers and use Outlook Web Access for their Email in Terminal Services.
