I'm a computer software developer at my job and when I begin work, I have to start up so many applications. This includes: SQL Server, Visual Studio, SSMS, etc. I'm wondering if there's a shortcut I could use to open all of these up at the same time (meaning at once)?

  • To change which apps run at startup, press and hold (or right-click) the Start Windows logo Start button button, select Task Manager, and then select the Startup tab. Choose an app, then select Enable or Disable.
  • To add or remove an app from the Startup tab, press the Windows Logo Key Windows logo Start button + R, type shell:startup, and then select OK. This opens the Startup folder. Select Start Windows logo Start button. Find the app you’re looking to add or remove, and press and hold (or right-click) it. Select More > Open File Location. In the file location folder, press and hold (or right-click) the app and select Copy. Paste the shortcut to your app into the Startup folder to have it run at startup.

Open the Start menu > All apps to find the programs you want to open at a time. Right click on the first program and click Open file location. On next window opens the program's location. Again right click on it & the program click Properties. Next click Shortcut tab. Find Target, select text in the textbox, then copy it. Now open notepad Paste the text and again repeat the same procedure to copy target location of other programs and paste it. It is necessary to add @echo off top of the note, just put the command like cd (next line) in front of the each path file path. Now save the file as a .bat extension by a suitable name. Now run this file can open multiple programs.
