Antivirus software and PC protection are comforts of the past. These days the biggest threats come from the Internet, and we're wondering how you protect yourself and your hardware against Internet threats and the less knowledgeable users on your network.

I usually use Acronis True Image 2010 for protection against threats via internet or any alterations youve accidenty or deliberatetly caused on your Operating system or sofware. This is an awesome program and I highly recommended.
Its gotta a "try and decide" special features that allows you to save changes or not when altering any harmfull software and changes to your Operating system.
You can either create backup, non stop backup, a bootable disk of your current Operating system, or an image of your HD. Its perfect for protecting your hardware against Internet threats and the less knowledgeable users on your network.

I really dislike Panda Antivirus and their IPS.
at my side we are using symantec / mc afee / Microsoft security essential as our antivirus.
How we actually educate the less knowledgeable users is by letting read our PnP (Polic & Procedure) and allow them to understand the do and donts that is in the company. With PnP in place, it helps a lot on what users can and cannot do.
