Hi - I cannot get the Out Of Office assistant working in Outlook 2007. I am running Exchange 2007. I have been looking at loads of articles and I think it is a problem with autodiscover.
When I run the Test E-Mail Autoconfiguration I'm getting a line in the log:
Autodiscover to https://[domain]/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml FAILED (0x800C8203)
I have done the following (after reading articles)
Checked the certificate is valid (in Exchange Management Shell) - certificates are managed by IIS 6.0
Created a forward lookup zone for autodiscover.[domain].local
http://www.informit.com/guides/content.aspx?g=windowsserver&seqNum=249
But still no joy.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
James
** Update to this **
I have now managed to get OOF working on the client by adding the internal IP and address of Exchange server to the host file. Sure there must be a more permanent solution however.
