I run a small school network with about 150 teachers and staff with exchange accounts. I have a single domain controller which also houses the exchange server on Windows Server 2003 and using Exchange 2003. I deleted an inaccurate and outdated distibution group and rebuilt it as an operational unit. Now no one in that OU has web access to their email. OWA is still functioning as the anyone in the administrators OU still has access. I have gone throught the property pages and both OUs are the same. If i add an individual to the administrators group while leaving them as a memeber of their original OU they can then access email via the web. Any ideas where to go from here?

You should check the security permissions on the Exchweb folder. C:Program FilesExchsrvrExchweb. Make sure Authenticated users have at least read access.
You talk about the administrators OU and Adminstrators GROUP. Which is it an OU or a security group? Groups and OU’s are completely different animals – as it were. You can have a group created within an OU, but an OU is not a group. So please clarify.
