We have a SBS server running as a web server and exchange server. Outlook Web Access logs in the Administrator user, but no other users are able to log in - an internal server error occurs. The other users have been assigned to all the same groups as the administrator within Active Directory. When we go to Server -> Protocols -> HTTP -> Exchange Virtual Server -> Properties, forms authentication is enabled with no compression. On the property pages of the childer, eg: Exchange, public; the authentication options are greyed-out. We are using ssl.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If the server is a domain controller, you need to edit the domain controller policy to allow users to log on locally and access this computer from the network. They must also have read access to the \Exchweb folder in the file system.

Are you assigning user accounts to connect to specific computer names? Under the user account properties, account tab, Log on to... if "The following computers only" is selected and you do not have the mail server in there, it will not let the user log in.
