Thanks for answering my question :) 
I wished it was somehow possible to to control the profile on the fly without having to shutdown outlook and restarting it under a different profile,  it kinda stops the work flow, but having outlook on and outlook web access on Firefox was the best solution to the problem but not the ultimate solution (if you know what i mean).
