I am running Microsoft Outlook 2003 and have an AVG Firewall and (apart from occasional glitches) don't have any problems with e-mail. One sender's e-mail however never arrives (my partner's). It goes into his "sent items" but never arrives at this end. I have added his address to my "safe senders list" and the domain name. I have also clicked the junk e-mail button to ask that all mail from this account is received but nothing seems to make a difference. I don't encounter problems, that I am aware of, from any other sender and the contents of those I don't receive (believe me) are quite benign.
I would be very grateful to anyone who could help me as this is very frustrating all round. Thank you,
