On SBS 2003 server how to forward all incoming email from a particular company, to one internal email address, as well as outgoing email from us to th
I have created a project email address to collect all emails between our client and our Engineers. All they have to do is cc every time to this email address when writing email. But they forget to cc it most of the time. I want to setup an automatic system, so any email coming and going to our client's domain should send a copy to my project email address I have created.

Yes, I can create mail-enabled Contact for each email coming in and forward it. But I want to use domain name to forward any email coming from and going to that domain. So this way I do not have to create bunch of email contacts.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Please let me know.

Thanks

Shahid

I work on it later today. I want to make sure this is the only thing to do. because SBS 2003 server has built in Exchange and we are using it. Not Popping the email. Also, I only want to forward a copy to this project email. Thanks again Shahid
