I have an old risc box 9402-4xx (V3R6)that I am looking to get rid of. Does anyone know how to generate a list of what this box has in it, eg. memory, disk space, etc. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If I remember correctly, go into the System Service Tools, using the STRSST command, then select Start a Tool, then Hardware Service Manager, then I believe at the bottom of the screen it shows F6=print configuration..

In addition to the Hardware Resources, you can also see which software is installed by using the DSPSFWRSC command. If you specify the OUTPUT(*PRINT) parameter you can get a report with all of the details on. Also the DSPPTF command can help you see which PTF levels are installed. All the best Jonathan
