Possibilities of office virtualisation

hi there it may sounds like funny qustion to experts for that i'm sorry, my question is,
Software/Hardware used:
vertualization
is it possible to have 10desktops in a office on a lan connection with a single server, and all these desktops can be istalled "without" OS to the network and sopportad with vertual desktop direct from server? is it possible if so how kindly give your best considring dummy me.

Yes this can be done. You can get dumb terminals which don't require an OS and simply have them RDP automatically into a server. Look at Windows Terminal Server. You'll need terminal server licenses.
