Out of Office message is not working in Outlook 2010

A co-worker of mine if trying to setup Out-of-Office message in Outlook 2010 but he keeps getting an error message: Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. The operation cannot be performed becuase the connection to the server is offline. Try again later. He's the only one having this issue. We even uninstalled / reinstalled Office but that didn't work. What else can we do?

    Probably, this issue happened when Outlook anywhere has been enabled but Auto discover hasn’t been configured properly for the domain. Check out and make sure that this settings is configured properly. If this an Exchange environment, you can still use or enable out of office message via outlook web app.
