Office 2007 “Out Of Office” windows XP Platform

I have a client that is running Windows XP and using Office 2007, She doesn't have, under tools a link to click for "out of office". So she cannot set this message when she needs to, vacation, day off, etc. I have tried Windows 2007 service pack 3 which is no compatible with Windows XP. Any suggestions?
