OEM for Oracle IAS 9.0.4.1 not running
Oracle IAS, IAS, Oracle IAS 9.0.4.1, Oracle 10g, OEM
When I use the url
http://localhost:7778 I get the IE cannot display the webpage. i also get the same error when using the url
http://<my pc name>:7778
I've tried 7777 and 7779 as well with no luck. Please help!

Is the Oracle software installed in your local machine ??
have you tried using pot 3339 ?
