Type the command STRHAWK in command line

Right – Hawkeye can be very useful, if you have it.

Otherwise
Display Program References (DSPPGMREF)
Do all programs in a library to an outfile
Then you can search the outfile.

However, nothing quite works.

In RPG/400 you can issue a command to a specific program
and that’s what’s indexed by DSPPGMREF or Hawkeye
CALL ‘PGM1′

but you can also have a command
CALL PGM1
Where the field PGM1 gets it’s value from a file, dataarea. array, datastructure, etc.
That can’t be resolved by any methods except detailed analysis.

If you do not have Hawkeye, check out this article by Roger Stein http://systeminetwork.com/print/62275 It may well provide what you need and the price is right. The article includes links to download the code.
