 SQL Server 2008 tables

I  have 2 tables, tanle1 and table2

Can someone help for  SQL query  for table3 with 2 colums

colum 1  is select number from table1

for colum2 in table3  I need to get the total number of times  each number in colum1 of table1 apears in in colums n1,n2,n3,n4 of all events in table2 as shown in table3.

Pls. help
