do you mean the cisco catalyst 3750 switch??
here is an article at cisco regarding setting NTP on that switch. look at the 5th option down, Configuring NTP.
<a href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/12.1_19_ea1/configuration/guide/swadmin.html">http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/12.1_19_ea1/configuration/guide/swadmin.html</a>
Once done just set the NTP setting on the L2 switches to point to that 3750.

wow…. Jlees, you deleted what I put as an answer, reworded it with basically the same information I said and ALSO linked to the same document that I had linked to. That sir I would consider unprofessional. If my answer is wrong then you are doing a service to all, but if I have the same information then please don’t do this. Everyone wants to win the contest, but by doing it honestly.
Holy cow! Buddy… my apologies. That explains a bunch.
Wasn’t my intent to do that. I started looking at the question, began to work on it and research it– probably walked away for a conversation or two with the boss… Then posted the answer I came up with once I felt I found the right answer, I dodn’t realize you’d answered it till I looked back through my watch list this evening.
Looks like while I was formatting the question you posted an answer as well. It honestly looks like we were working on the answer at the same time and I posted mine last.
Sincerely…. wasn’t my goal to completely trample on your answer at all. Please, will you accept my apologies?
Just a reminder we are counting points for the contest separately from the Most Active Member points you see. We are only counting points for Questions, Answers and comments that add value and not counting edits to questions etc. We will post an updated point total on our blog later this week to show actual point totals for the contest. The overall goal of the site is to create the most accurate answers to the questions asked.
