		<description><![CDATA[If booting from an installation CD, the easiest thing to do would be to boot into (or load) the Recovery Console and run the &quot;fixboot&quot; and/or &quot;fixmbr&quot; commands.  If these do not work, check your disk or array (use the disk mfgr&#039;s tools if a stand alone disk, or the host bus adapter mfgr&#039;s tools if this is an array) for issues (ie: verify your hardware) before attempting to run a full OS repair (as suggested above).

There&#039;s nothing quite so frustrating as spending the time and effort to reun an OS repair only to find out that the underlying hardware is trashed....]]></description>
