Creating a file is easy. The question is what design do you want the file to have?
To create a blank application (.nsf file), choose File > Database > New.
Choose the template you want to base the application's design on, or choose Blank.
Give the file a title and a file name.
Click the Advanced button to set encryption options.
Click Create.
