Notrix formula

I have a Notrix job which is transferring data from Notes to SQL.  I have a date field that appears on the form 03/27/2013 but comes over to SQL as 27 Mar 2011.  I haven't had too much experience with Notrix and have only done some trim formulas. I tried @Trim(@Date(FIELD)) and it brought back the same results. Any suggestions on what formula I need to write? Thanks!

Please clarify more of what the problem is. Notrix and SQL are both data manipulation functions.   What you see from them generally has nothing to do with the structure of date data types within any storage of date values. Instead, the structure gets imposed only at the time that a date value is brought from storage out to a display screen or printer where a human reads it. The human-readable format is a presentation issue.   So, what exactly do you mean by "transferring data from Notes to SQL" and what does the "transfer" have to do with what you see? What SQL are you using?   It can get a little tricky trying to discuss this and to separate the presentation from the rest.   Tom
