		<description><![CDATA[I have had the same problem.  Notes Designer 8.5 could not preview web elements.  The problem was resolved when I closed Skype.  The problem seems to be dependent on a conflict in port 80 use.  The browser needs to use port 80 for the preview, so check if any other of your active programs is using this port and if so try closing that program and retry the preview.
