Notes user encountering several problems when using iNotes/Domino Web Access

I am using iNotes/DWA as my official correspondence when using my personal laptop. But I'm encountering several problems. One of the problems is that it will not allow me to attach .pdf files. Also, when I create a new message, I have to select plain-text format to compose it. When replying the same problem appears and it is also not showing the incoming message. Does anyone know what is causing these problems for me and how I might fix them?

Probably the first thing you want to verify is that your mail file is based on the iNotes template. You can see this if from the Web Access page you go to Preferences and then About.

Also, you can check on the preferences to see if you can make the default HTML rather than plain text.
