We are migrating from Exchange to Lotus Notes and for a while will need to keep our Public folders in Outlook. We require having certain messages that arrive in our Notes mail to be forwarded to our Outlook mailbox with the original sender’s email address in the ‘From’ field. Our users currently do a forward individually for each of their specific messages even though the sender uses a subject line that denotes which public folder the message should be populated in to. Thinking we could automate this since it occurs numerous times a day, we tried to set up a mail rule in Notes to do this. However, Notes limits us to using a 'copy to', which arrives in Outlook as a message from the Notes user, not the original email sender. So does anyone know how we can configure Notes to do a true forward of an email based on subject to be forwarded to another email address while retaining the original sender's email address in the 'From' field?
