 Lotus Notes Error Message
Running 8.5.1Fp1 client One user (so far) continually gets this error: Notes IPC Async Message Processor (62). You can click OK and continue. Have deleted cache, bookmark, desktop. It will go away for a time but error returns

n addition to what IBM has suggested, try the below as well. Have had a lot of users experiencing this issue and the following managed to stop the Notes IPC Asynch Message processor (1) error from re occurring. (1) IN addition to deleting the cache, bookmark and desktop delete the workspace folder (2) Open regedit and navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. Delete all the keys and all entries under the keys: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTNotes, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTNotes.Link, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTNotes.NotesSession, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTNotes.NotesUIWorkspace. Close regedit (3) Run the Lotus Notes installation cd and select the option "Repair".

As far as the repair option for the cd. Cannot do. We have a custom msi.

Does anyone know cause of this issue?
