As to IBM advise, we need to grant him a manager/designer’s access before we can enable his OOO agent, unfortunately we got no luck. I suspected his Blackberry server might be causing the error since when I checked his OOO agent, the last modified server is his blackberry server but the agent itself was disabled so Im just wondering why he encountered the problem..
