Check the "Directory" line in the NOTES.INI file.
It should point to the correct Notes data directory on your hard disk...
Edit : go to C:docNsettingsLocal SettingsApplication DatanotesData
now open the notes.ini , check the directory path is right or not !

Maybe you would like to check the authority of the user’s ID (the ID for PC, not the Lotus Notes)
They should have Local Admin to the PC in order to access Notes Directory
