I have a user using Notes 6.4 client. All of a sudden when she relies to an email and select snot to save the relply the original email gets removed from inbox and she can only access the original from all documents view. I tested the same senario on my client 6.4 and my original stays in my inbox. Can you tell me how to fix this.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

In the Inbox, between the “Who” column and the “Date” column, is a column where icons are displayed to indicate such information as whether a message has been forwarded or replied to. My bet is that the inbox has been sorted on that column. As a result, when the message is replied to, the icon to indicate that forces the document to the top of the inbox. Click on the column header to unsort.
