In Lotus Notes, we are not able to view DIARY – ALL EVENTS -- Events by Customer view. The issue occurs only for the Events by Customer view and rest of the DIARY functions are working fine. We are able to open the view in "Designer" but it is taking more than one hour to updated

Is this a Standard Domino Template? or a Internally Developed DB?

What you can do is remove the cached View indexes - LOAD COMPACT -D (database location\database name)

The run a UPDALL -r against the same DB. This should remove most possible view issues in the DB.

or What you could do is delete the view from Designer then read it via a design refresh.

    See how it goes.
