Q:
Not supported error
I am getting the error Not Supported when I lock my PC. Not all Crystal 10 users get this error when they lock their workstation. Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this.

Please provide more details.

Is the complete error message just “Not Supported” ? if not, please post the complete message.
Also, do you get this error when you lock the OS session, or when you un-lock it ?
Is this an operating system message, or a Crystal message ?
What is the operating system ?

I also get this error. It simply says “Not Supported.” That is the full extent of the message text. Everything is running fine until I lock my computer. I hear a ding in the background immediately upon locking the session. When I unlock the computer the error message is there. I am pretty sure that it happens upon locking the OS session. I’ve tested it several times. I lock it, hear the ding, immediately unlock it and the error message is there. I am running windows xp.
