Why do I not get any email updates for items I have checked on my watchlist or e-mails for areas of interest that I have checked?

    Hi Carlos. Yes, we send out our newsletter every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Can you confirm the newsletter checkbox is marked under your account. Thanks!

    Hi Michael. I don't see such checkbox. I see checkboxes for the different topics I could suscribe to, but not one for the newsletter.

    If you click on your "edit my account", scroll down to the bottom of the page and there should be a checkbox that reads "ITKnowledgeExchange Community Update." If you still can't find it, I can send you a screenshot as well.

    I mentioned not receiving "ITKnowledgeExchange Community Update" a number of months ago when this subject was discussed, IIRC, in the first ITKE AG conference. It's still checked on my 'Edit My Account' page. I think I received one or two e-mailings shortly after that, and I essentially forgot about it after that. . I do receive various e-mailings from ITKE and-or TechTarget through at least three different e-mail addresses. It seems reasonable that many or most of those are a result of selections in the 'Get Updates by Topic' page, but none come to my Profile E-mail address. . I set that address a year or more ago to run through the Account Update process to see if it would register in your database and trigger the beginning of e-mailings. Because a couple e-mails did arrive, I assumed it had worked. It is the address where I receive most individual e-mails from ITKE staff. . Today I went through those two Account pages again. I didn't change selections, but I clicked the 'Save' buttons just to see if anything is different in the future. . Tom
