 Not receiving emails from offsite server
My problem is as follows –

I have multiple pc’s accessing one pop3 secure mailbox from an offsite server.  One of the users does not receive all of the emails.  The pc in question seems to receive only (some) emails with attachments.  This pc is using Outlook 2003.  Each pc is setup to “leave a copy of messages on the server” and “remove from server after 10 days.”

To be clear, PC's do not receive emails, email accounts for users receive email. To test if this problem is localised to this account while only on the troublesome PC have them create a user account on another pc for this same user and see if they receive all the emails or not. If they receive them on another computer then try re-creating their profile on the troublesome PC. If they do not receive the emails on the other computer then you will need to troubleshoot the user's account. Are these Exchange accounts or ISP accounts?

The user is set up on other pc’s and they receive the emails. These are Exchange accounts, but the server is remote.
