1 week ago i begin not receiving emails from certain people, they were just not coming into inbox . these are people i have worked with for 10 years.
the help desk said they have situations like this and actualyl are blaming the senders, saying it is their bad settings case. the response was the bad settings is on lotus notes client on my local machine, the senders have a problem with their local address book and the root cause of the issue is bad addresses in "recent contacts" in the local address book. has anyone heard this before, am wondering if changing my lotus notes email address may help?
