 Not receiving BES messages
BES, BlackBerry, BlackBerry 8120, BlackBerry email, BlackBerry Pearl, Lotus Notes
I am running the Pearl BES from our lotus notes server. I activitated it and most things appear to be in working order, except 1-- inbox messages, with one exception. The exception is that if i send a email (either from my laptop or my BB) that is going to an unknown address, if I have mispelled an email address or something, I do get the "DELIVERY FAILURE" note in both my laptop accessed and my BB access 'inbox'. Also note that if I send a message from my laptop it automatically ends up in my 'sent messages' folder on my BB, so I know the phone and the BES are communicating. However, for the life of me, and my IT guys, we cannot figure out why i cannot get regular inbox messages. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
